Our well-established financial services firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our dynamic team in Colchester, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
About the Role
The firm ideally seeks candidates with:
- A Level 4 qualification, preferably a financial planning diploma
- Multiple years of experience as a Paraplanner
- Demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and cultural fit

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with financial advisers to develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Conduct detailed research and analysis to support tailored financial strategies
- Prepare, organise, and maintain accurate and compliant client records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner
- Level 4 qualification (essential)
- Proven track record of reliable and committed employment
