I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent financial planning firm looking to appoint a Paraplanner to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative business where you'll work closely with experienced financial planners, providing high-quality technical support and helping to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
The role will involve:
- Preparing high-quality suitability reports.
- Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, and protection.
- Cash flow modelling and financial planning support.
- Liaising with advisers, providers, and clients.
- Supporting advisers with complex financial planning cases.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and compliantly.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous paraplanning experience within an IFA or financial planning firm.
- Experience writing suitability reports.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investments.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Diploma qualified (or working towards) would be advantageous.
