Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Diploma-qualified paraplanner or a Chartered Financial Adviser transitioning into paraplanning with a strong ambition to grow into a senior role, while contributing to shaping the firm’s advice proposition.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex suitability research & analysis for high-net-worth clients approaching or in retirement
- Create detailed client reports
- Provide technical support to advisers
- Operate with excellent attention to detail
- Work collaboratively in a small, friendly team
** Requirements**
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- 2+ years’ experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA practice
- Strong understanding of:
- Pensions
- Investments
- Estate planning
- Protection
- Familiarity with advantages platforms such as Transact, Aberdeen, and Quilter
- Competency using:
- Cashflow modelling software
- Technical analysis support tools
- Full compliance with FCA regulatory requirements

- Strong desire to progress toward becoming a Chartered Paraplanner
- Office-based role (living within easy travelling distance)
