Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Location: Hybrid Working (2 days remote, 3 days in-office), London
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning practice in central London.
This is a non-traditional Paraplanning role where you’ll work closely with financial planners, sit in on client meetings, and focus on building strong client relationships. This role offers the potential for progression into a financial advice career should that be your aspiration.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings
- Draft engagement letters
- Request additional client information
- Write suitability reports
- Process formatting/changing/starting contributions & withdrawals
- Complete provider forms
- Update back office systems
- Maintain and update calculators
- Generate cash flow & rebalance reports
- Conduct rebalancing
- Review CGT (Capital Gains Tax) reports
- Perform CF (Cashflow) calculations
- Assist with phased investments
- Manage/update event lists

Requirements
- Must hold the Level 6 qualifications in financial planning
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Paraplanner
- Strong ability to handle technical financial planning tasks & cases
- Comfortable with day-to-day client interactions and relationship building
Optional Progression Path: Potential to advance into financial advisory roles with the right experience.
