It is seeking someone who is already undertaking complex & detailed suitability research & analysis, creates client reports, provides technical support, and has the ambition & potential to grow into a senior paraplanning role whilst playing a key role in shaping our advice proposition.

Paraplanner Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner working within an IFA practice.
- A solid understanding of pensions, investments, estate planning, and protection.
- Experience of working on complex cases where HNW individuals are approaching or are in retirement.
- Familiarity with Transact, Aberdeen, Quilter, and other investment platforms.
- Experience with cashflow modelling software and technical analysis support tools.
- A strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.

- Committed to becoming a Chartered Paraplanner.
- Proactive, professional, self-motivated, highly organised, methodical, disciplined, with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work well in a small, collaborative team and communicate clearly with advisers & colleagues. Specifically, not being afraid to challenge to ensure clients are getting the best outcome.
- Able to prioritise their workload effectively, manage multiple cases at different stages and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
- Happy to be office based, living within easy travelling distance.
