An established and growing independent financial advisory firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded business supporting a team of advisers, with flexibility on hours and long-term development opportunities.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting advisers to deliver high-quality, compliant financial advice. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing suitability reports and client documentation
- Conducting research to support financial recommendations
- Collaborating closely with advisers to ensure positive client outcomes
- Assisting with the development and improvement of internal processes
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practice

The Candidate
- Previous experience in a paraplanning or technical financial services role
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Candidates with a desire to broaden their experience into areas such as compliance will also be of interest.
