About We Complement
We Complement supports financial planning firms with suitability consulting, advice documentation, and operational support.
But really, what we do is help firms feel more confident in the quality and consistency of their advice.
We work closely with advisers across the UK to produce clear, well-structured, client-focused suitability reports that stand up to scrutiny and genuinely support good client outcomes.
We’re a remote team that cares a lot about standards, but also about people. Collaboration matters to us. So does trust, curiosity, and being able to ask questions without feeling silly.
The Role
We’re looking for a Paraplanner / Suitability Consultant to join the team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of advice, likes solving problems, and takes real pride in producing high-quality work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
