Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join our team. The Paraplanner will work closely with our financial advisors to support them in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and a deep understanding of investment products and strategies. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client financial information to support financial advisors in developing financial plans and investment recommendations
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for client meetings
- Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement investment strategies for clients
- Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals and risk tolerance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance
- Act as a liaison between clients and financial advisors, responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial planning
- Strong knowledge of investment products and strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software
