At Radiant Financial Planning, we're growing our Paraplanning team and looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on delivering high-quality technical support and helping create positive client outcomes.
This is more than a traditional Paraplanning role. It's an opportunity to join a forward-thinking financial planning firm where your expertise is valued, your development is supported, and your contribution directly impacts the advice we deliver. Working alongside our Financial Planners, you'll play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through technical research, cashflow modelling, and bespoke financial planning recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with our Financial Planners, you'll help deliver exceptional advice and client outcomes by:
- Conducting in-depth technical research across pensions, investments, protection, inheritance tax planning, trusts, and wider financial planning strategies.
- Producing accurate cashflow models to support client recommendations and long-term planning.
- Drafting bespoke suitability reports and recommendation documents.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, accountants, and other professional advisers to support the advice process.
- Supporting advice implementation, applications, and compliance processes.
- Maintaining FCA standards and embedding Consumer Duty principles throughout the client journey.

What You'll Bring
- Chartered Financial Planner status, or be working towards achieving it.
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax-efficient planning strategies.
- Excellent report-writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience using cashflow modelling software, CRM systems, and financial research platforms.
- A proactive, collaborative approach combined with exceptional attention to detail.
