About the Role

Looking for an opportunity to work with a thriving, respected firm? A leading wealth management organisation seeks an experienced Technical Paraplanner to support a dedicated book of private clients. This role is perfect for those who:

The Opportunity

As a Paraplanner, you’ll be a central player in delivering exceptional, compliant wealth management advice. This isn’t just an administrative role—you’ll:

  • Collaborate closely with advisers
  • Act as a subject-matter expert, providing technical insights
  • Engage in client meetings, discussions, and the full advice lifecycle
  • Gain deep visibility into complex client relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Suitability report writing – Clear, compliant, and technically robust governance
  • Wealth planning research for UK & international clients
  • Annual suitability review letters – Ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Client education – Simplifying and explaining key advice features
  • Cashflow modelling & long-term planning analysis
  • Client risk-profiling report reviews
  • Technical guidance to advisers – Supporting complex case analysis
  • Client meetings, note-taking & action follow-ups

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven foundation as a Paraplanner in wealth management
  • Level 4 Diploma (essorial) – With a goal to achieve Chartered or Certified status
  • 3–4 years’ experience in a similar technical support role
  • Strong especially for regulatory standards
