Paraplanner (Remote)
Location: Remote
Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner to join a well-established and growing Chartered financial planning firm on a remote basis, with only occasional travel to the Buckinghamshire office for team meetings, collaboration and client-related activities.
You'll be joining a supportive, technically strong team where you'll work closely with Financial Planners, play an active role in delivering high-quality financial planning advice, and even have the opportunity to contribute to the firm's Investment Committee.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality suitability reports and financial planning recommendations
- Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, and protection
- Producing cash flow projections
- Gathering and analysing client information
- Attending client meetings to provide technical support where required
- Liaising with providers and third parties
- Managing cases through to completion
- Supporting annual review processes
- Assisting with client presentations and planning projects
- Ensuring all work meets FCA and compliance requirements
- Contributing to the firm's Investment Committee and wider business initiatives

This role would suit an experienced Paraplanner who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and wants to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking business.
Who They're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- 3-5 years' experience within Wealth Management/Financial Planning
- Level 4 Diploma
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning
- Experience producing suitability reports and carrying out technical research
- Knowledge of cash flow modelling software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
