Job Description

This role is being advertised to build a talent pool for upcoming and future opportunities within our team. By applying, your details will be reviewed and kept on file, and a member of our recruitment team may contact you to discuss further opportunities with us.

What will you be doing?

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning team, where you will support 1–2 Financial Advisers with:

  • Client meetings, including presenting cashflow analysis
  • Preparing responses and reporting on technical matters

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Prepare suitability reports across a wide range of advice types, financial products, and investment solutions.
  • Support financial planners in client meetings, including cashflow presentation and technical research.
  • Ensure client records contain sufficient KYC (Know Your Client) information, demonstrating suitability and keeping records up-to-date.
  • Maintain high-quality advice preparation while ensuring efficiency and mitigating business risks.
  • Collaborate with financial planners to meet expected delivery dates.

  • Hold the CII Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma or higher.
  • Have clear experience of paraplanning, with demonstrated technical expertise.
  • Showcase a track record of delivering written financial advice.
  • Be proficient in completing suitability reports and product research.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of financial products.
