Basic salaries from £35-50k + benefits

Paraplanner Responsibilities:
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Financial Advisers with research and preparation for client meetings.
- Conducting product and provider research across pensions, investments and protection.
- Preparing suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
- Assisting with cashflow modelling and financial planning analysis.
- Handling technical queries from advisers and clients.
- Ensuring work is completed in line with FCA and compliance standards.
- Liaising closely with Administrators, Paraplanners and Advisers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Senior level candidates may also be called upon to mentor junior team members, monitor work flow and support technical development within the team.

Paraplanner Requirements:
- Experience within financial planning, either in administration, technical support or paraplanning.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and client focused approach.
- Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
- An interest in financial planning and a desire to continue developing technical knowledge.
- Diploma qualified or working towards qualifications desirable, although full support will be provided to get to chartered.
- Senior candidates should possess strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments with experience producing high quality suitability reports.
