About The Role...

Now we’re looking for a Paraplanning Team Leader to help drive our paraplanning function forward.

This isn’t just about supervising a team. It’s about leading from the front, supporting and developing people, and making sure the team delivers consistently brilliant work. You’ll bring structure, energy and direction, creating an environment where performance thrives and processes keep improving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, supervising and developing a team of Paraplanners to deliver high-quality work Assigning work, setting priorities and managing workloads to ensure SLAs are met Monitoring performance, providing coaching, feedback and ongoing development support Creating a culture where accountability, growth and collaboration are the norm Identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements to increase productivity Ensuring all paraplanning outputs meet compliance standards and quality expectations Managing team resources effectively, including capacity and workflow planning Handling team challenges, resolving issues and maintaining a positive working environment Working closely with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulation and best practice Leading and delivering projects across the paraplanning function

You know paraplanning inside out, but you also know how to support, motivate and develop a team to perform at its best. You’re organised, proactive and confident in managing priorities, while always keeping quality front of mind.

You’re someone who spots opportunities to improve, takes ownership, and brings others with you.

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in paraplanning within a financial planning environment Experience managing or mentoring others, with a genuine passion for developing people A good understanding of financial planning products, processes and regulation Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement The confidence to address challenges, provide feedback and drive performance
