Senior Parcel & Courier Driver
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Factory Road, Sandycroft, Deeside, CH5 2QX
Contract: Permanent Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Salary & Progression
- Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71/hour)
- After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94/hour)
- Maximum earning potential: Up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38-hour week + overtime)
Additional Allowances & Benefits
- Monthly non-pensionable addition – £903.84 per year
- Weekly driving allowance – £26.73
- Paid weekday & weekend overtime

What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
- Performing essential vehicle safety checks
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
- Providing a friendly, reliable service (birthday gifts, business mail, critical deliveries)
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Full UK car licence (Cat B) – Valid to your current address, with no more than 6 penalty points
- Fitness to lift & carry parcels up to 30kg
- Ability to operate independently but thrive as a strong team player
