Job Overview
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Exeter, EX2 8RL Hours: 38 hours weekly
- Option 1: Monday, Wednesday–Friday 07:00–17:45 (with overtime opportunities)
- Option 2: Monday–Friday 08:15–17:30 (with overtime opportunities)
Salary grading:
- Starting salary: £25,201 annually (£12.71/hour).
- After 6 months: £27,561 annually (£13.94/hour).
- Earning potential: Up to £30,000 (including overtime, based on 38-hour week).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting parcels and planning efficient routes.
- Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks before starting shifts.
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses across wide areas.
- Providing a friendly, consistent, reliable service — whether it’s a special gift or critical business mail.

Requirements & Preferences
✅ Full UK manual driving licence (Category B, up to 3.5t) registered to your current address with no more than 6 penalty points. ✅ Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg. ✅ Must be an engaging, friendly individual with a customer-focused mindset. ✅ Experience working independently and as part of a team. ✅ Committed to stable, long-term employment within a growth-focused organisation.
✅ Bonus: Priority given to applications from Armed Forces Community (including spouses/partners or cadet instructors).
