Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
- Option one: Monday, Wednesday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
- Option two: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 15:36
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Hereford Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6LR
Why this role pays off:
- Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
- After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
- Potential maximum earn: £30,000 per year (based on 38-hour week plus overtime)
- Paid: Weekday and weekend overtime
- Additional allowances:
- Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay: £903.84 per year
- Weekly Driving Allowance: £26.73
Plus:
- Excellent company pension
- Paid holiday allowance:
- Starts at 22.5 days per year
- Increases with length of service

Responsibilities:
- Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
- Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
- Providing a friendly, dependable service for gifts or business mail
Requirements:
- Full manual UK driving licence (category B, up to 3.5t), registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused personality
- Comfortable working independently but also as a strong team player
- Looking for a stable, long-term role
