Driver Job Opportunity – Parcelforce Worldwide
Job Reference: 340304 Contract: Permanent Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime Ideal shifts (flexible):
- Monday to Friday – Reserve position with hours between 07:00 - 18:00
- Monday, Wednesday to Saturday – 08:00 - 15:30
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Gloucester, GL2 2AD

Salary & Incentives
- Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71/hour)
- After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94/hour)
- Potential earnings: Up to £30,000 per year (based on 38-hour week + overtime)
- Overtime: Paid for both weekdays and weekends

- Monthly allowance: £903.84 per year (non-pensionable addition to pay)
- Weekly driving allowance: £26.73

Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and planning efficient parcel delivery routes
- Conducting essential vehicle safety checks
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes & businesses
- Providing a friendly, reliable service for customers
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5 tonnes) registered at your current address
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
- Ability to lift & carry parcels up to 30kg
- Friendly, customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated yet a strong team player
