Park Maintenance Technician
Working Shift Pattern
4 out of 7 days, operating from:
- 08:00 - 18:00
- 11:00 - 21:00
- 12:00 - 22:00
About The Role
To carry out all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within the park to the highest possible quality standards, ensuring agreed standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality maintenance.
- Work to maintenance plans to guarantee:
- High standards of product availability.
- Strong operational presentation.
- Full customer satisfaction.
- Provide support and information to maintenance teams and other departments.
- Consider other departments’ needs and provide guidance and support as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, guidelines, and codes of practice—all procedures must be adhered to.
- Complete worksheets detailing the exact nature of work carried out.
- Perform fault diagnosis on all equipment as necessary.

Essential Qualifications
- A craft qualification, such as:
- A recognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g., City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2).
- A current wiring regulations qualification, e.g.,:
- City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition).
- Valid and in-date Grade Card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.
Desirable Qualifications
- An Inspection & Testing qualification, such as:
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.
