Park Maintenance Technician

Working Shift Pattern

4 out of 7 days, operating from:

  • 08:00 - 18:00
  • 11:00 - 21:00
  • 12:00 - 22:00

About The Role

To carry out all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within the park to the highest possible quality standards, ensuring agreed standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality maintenance.
  • Work to maintenance plans to guarantee:
    • High standards of product availability.
    • Strong operational presentation.
    • Full customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support and information to maintenance teams and other departments.
  • Consider other departments’ needs and provide guidance and support as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, guidelines, and codes of practice—all procedures must be adhered to.
  • Complete worksheets detailing the exact nature of work carried out.
  • Perform fault diagnosis on all equipment as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • A craft qualification, such as:
    • A recognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g., City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2).
  • A current wiring regulations qualification, e.g.,:
    • City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition).
  • Valid and in-date Grade Card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.

Desirable Qualifications

  • An Inspection & Testing qualification, such as:
    • City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.
