Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Park Manager to lead the team at Bay View Holiday Park and Marsh House.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the North West's leading family-owned holiday park groups and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving the success and growth of two thriving holiday parks. This is a live-in position, with accommodation provided as part of the role.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll oversee every aspect of park operations, including accommodation, grounds and maintenance, holiday home sales, and the day-to-day management of Bay View Bar & Restaurant. You'll be responsible for ensuring the parks operate efficiently, safely, and profitably while maintaining the high standards our guests and holiday home owners expect.
The successful candidate will be an excellent organiser with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to motivate a diverse team. They will have a keen eye for detail, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site, along with experience managing budgets, driving sales, and handling customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading all aspects of park operations, including accommodation, touring, camping, glamping, holiday homes, facilities, grounds and maintenance.
- Driving holiday home sales by delivering an outstanding customer journey from enquiry through to handover.
- Managing the Bar & Restaurant operation to ensure excellent service, high food standards and full compliance with licensing and food safety regulations.
- Leading, motivating and developing a multi-disciplinary team, including recruitment, training, performance management and rota planning.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving guest feedback professionally and encouraging repeat visits and owner retention.
- Working closely with the marketing team to maximise promotional activity and sales opportunities.
- Overseeing park improvement projects, capital investment and ongoing maintenance programmes.
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and company policies.
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence across both parks.
- Participating in an on-call rota and supporting the wider business as required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous management experience within a holiday park, hospitality, leisure, tourism, or similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Experience managing multiple departments and delivering operational excellence.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue.
- Experience within food and beverage operations.
- Previous holiday home sales experience or the ability to confidently develop sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service focus with experience managing customer feedback and complaints.
- Good knowledge of health and safety legislation and operational compliance.
- Competent IT skills and experience completing administration accurately.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, bank holidays, peak holiday periods, and participation in an on-call rota.

Reporting To
Managing Director
Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week, permanent position. This is a live-in management role with accommodation provided. Flexibility is required and will include evenings, weekends, bank holidays, peak holiday periods, and participation in an on-call rota as required by the business.
