Position - Parkfield Primary School Principal
Permanent full-time position onsite in North West London
Salary - £82,826 - £95,267 per annum plus 5% TEFAT uplift, with access to a generous benefits package
Registration deadline: 31 July 2026

Looking for the opportunity to lead a school where children, community, and relationships come first? We’re proud to be partnering with The Elliot Foundation to recruit the next Principal of Parkfield Primary School, a vibrant and diverse primary school in North West London serving over 460 pupils.
This is a role for someone who believes great school leadership is about understanding the community you serve, developing the people around you, and creating an environment where every child can thrive. Working closely with pupils, staff, families, and the wider Trust, you’ll lead the next stage of Parkfield’s journey, building on strong foundations while continuing to strengthen teaching, learning, leadership, and outcomes. You’ll also play a visible role within the local community, developing partnerships that help children and families flourish.
