About Parking Patrol
Parking Patrol is one of the UK’s leading providers of car park enforcement services. With years of experience in the industry, we deliver comprehensive parking solutions tailored to a wide range of properties across the UK.
We’re a fast-growing team looking for someone reliable, confident, and self-motivated to join us. In this role, you’ll be out on the road visiting our sites and issuing tickets to unauthorised vehicles. It’s a straightforward, independent job, and we take pride in keeping things running smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Patrol Operations: Carry out regular patrols of car parks located in Manchester and surrounding areas.
- Enforcement: Issue enforcement notices to vehicles contravening site-specific regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service when required.
- Reporting: Provide precise and immediate reporting of all incidents and issues to the Line Manager.

Skills & Requirements
- Communication: Good verbal and overall communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organisation: Well-organised with great attention to detail.
- Drive: Being self-driven and proactive.
Key Details
- Salary: £25,000.00–£44,000.00 per year.
- Hourly Rate: Competitive wages consisting of an hourly rate (£13.40–£21.00 per hour, dependent on experience and shift patterns).
- Payment Terms: Monthly pay.
- Training & Gear: Full, paid training and complete equipment provided.
- Company Vehicle: Fully maintained company vehicle/van provided for patrol duties.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Licence: Must have a valid driving licence
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of driving experience is required.
- Work Authorisation: Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
- Work Location: On the road (Manchester and surrounding areas).
