Specialist Passenger Solutions Stereotype Parking Enforcement Officer – Sizewell C
About the Role
The SZC Jobs Service helps local communities secure long-term, exciting careers at our Sizewell C Project.
We are looking for a Specialist Passenger Solutions Stereotype Parking Enforcement Officer to uphold essential operational standards related to parking enforcement and behavioural safety across our construction site and surrounding areas.
Main Duties

Parking Permit Validation
- Conduct validation checks of parking permits in accordance with standards set by the SZC Parking Manager.

Safety & Compliance
- Champion behavioural safety, challenge at-risk behaviours, and foster positive safety conversations.
- Monitor vehicle compliance with car park rules, permits, and parking guidelines.

Patrols & Monitoring
- Regularly patrol surrounding towns and villages to detect "fly parking", and escalate issues as necessary.
- Carry out daily vehicle counts and comprehensive patrol coverage.

Incident Reporting
- Complete incident reports accurately and submit them on time following established procedures.

Community & Stakeholder Relations
- Build positive relationships with local residents and community stakeholders.

Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a professional point of contact for colleagues and external customers.

Dispatch & Operational Communication
- Relay operational issues, road incidents, closure updates, and service disruptions to the Operations Team.
Requirements
Essential
- Valid driving licence
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Management/Team Leader experience
- Background in customer service
- Flexibility with working hours (due to 24/7 operation)

Desirable
- Completed IOSH Working Safely course
- Banks Person trained (training can be provided)
- PCV licence holder
- Influencer training experience
- First Aid certification
- CITB or CCNSG L3 Health & Safety Supervisor qualification
- Industry knowledge of the transport sector
- Experience in parking enforcement
- Conflict Management skills
