Contract & Hours
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Hours: 37 hours per week
- Shifts: Monday to Sunday (6am–11pm)
- Worker Type: Mobile
Salary & Location
- Salary: £32,597 (starting, level one) rising to £35,412 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
- Location: Trinity Square car park, North Church Street, Nottingham, NG1 4AF

The Role
As a Mobile Repairs & Maintenance Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing an effective repairs and maintenance service across all council-controlled parking buildings, premises, and equipment (both on and off-street).
- Supporting the Service Manager and Operations Manager to ensure swift responses to maintenance needs while maintaining continuity of service.
- Complying with council policies and procedures, ensuring revenue collection and auditable records.
- Operating across the entire network (multi-site responsiveness required).

About You
We are looking for an innovative, proactive candidate with:
- NVQ (Level 2 or 3) in a related trade or a willingness to attend training.
- Demontrable experience supervising parking operations, allocating resources, and prioritising customer care.
- Technical knowledge of repairs and maintenance for parking equipment (e.g., meters, barriers, gates).
- Health & safety expertise relevant to parking and highways.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rota.
