About The Role
An opportunity has arisen within Parking Services for a Parking Technician (Digital & Data). This role supports the day-to-day management of parking systems and data, ensuring accuracy across permits, suspensions, waivers, and restrictions. You will help maintain and improve how digital systems are used to support service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update parking systems and databases
- Process permits, suspensions, and related requests
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support the management of TRO and restriction data
- Produce reports and assist with data analysis
- Respond to enquiries from colleagues and customers
Requirements
About You
- Strong IT and data handling skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Experience within Parking or a similar service area is desirable
