Job Opportunity: Part-145 Stores Operative

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-145 Stores Operative to contribute to our team—an individual who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and maintaining the highest regulatory standards in aviation.
The Role
As a Part-145 Stores Operative, you will be a critical link in managing aircraft parts and materials, ensuring seamless support for engineering operations and maintaining compliance for scheduled maintenance and flight safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage goods receipt and dispatch, verifying all parts against airworthiness documentation and ensuring compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records, with full traceability and regulatory adherence (e.g., EASA/CAA standards)
- Monitor and control shelf life and condition of consumables and components, including quarantining unserviceable or non-compliant items
- Store and preserve parts according to manufacturer and regulatory guidelines (e.g., electrostatic discharge (ESD) protections, environmental controls)
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, guaranteeing compliant packaging and documentation
- Support Part-145 compliance, ensuring audit readiness for both internal reviews and external assessments (CAA/EASA)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee prompt availability of serviceable parts for maintenance activities

Requirements
- Experience in aviation stores or a similar highly regulated logistics environment (military experience preferred)
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, combined with robust organisational skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in parts handling, storage, and traceability within regulated environments
