Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Part 2 scaffolder role based in South Yorkshire. The Part 2 scaffolder will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in line with industry standards, company procedures, and site-specific requirements. Daily tasks include:

- Reading and following scaffold designs
- Selecting and inspecting materials
- Assembling and securing scaffolding
- Carrying out regular checks to maintain safety and stability
The role involves working at height, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and collaborating with site managers, supervisors, and other trades to support project progress. The scaffolder will be expected to:
- Maintain good housekeeping on-site
- Complete required documentation
- Follow all health and safety policies, including risk assessments and method statements
Qualifications
- Valid CISRS Part 2 Scaffolder qualification and up-to-date scaffolding training
- Demonstrated experience erecting, adapting, and dismantling various scaffolding systems safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, including working at height and manual handling best practices
- Ability to read and interpret scaffold designs, site plans, and method statements
- Good physical fitness suitable for manual work, including lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable timekeeping, professional conduct, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid CSCS card and full driving license are highly beneficial
- Previous experience on commercial, industrial, or residential sites in a scaffolding or access role is an advantage
