Role Description
An exciting opportunity to join a young and growing practice. This is a full-time on-site role for a Part 3 Architect or Architectural Technologist, located in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Designing and developing architectural solutions
- Managing and integrating building systems
- Coordinating project phases
- Ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations
Additionally, they will contribute to project management, liaise with clients and contractors, and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration technologies related to architectural tools
- Strong Stage 4 & 5 experience
- Strong Revit skills
- Good understanding of building regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in relevant architecture software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline
- ARB registration is necessary for Part 3 Architects
- Previous experience in residential projects
