About Spa Terminus

Spa Terminus is the landlord to a community of food and drink producers and distributors housed in the railway arches of Bermondsey. Our tenants supply exceptional products to destinations throughout London and the UK.

We are looking for a part or fully qualified accountant

This is a part-time, office-based and permanent role (25.5 hours per week). It will suit someone with accountancy experience who would enjoy working in-house at a property management company specialising in tenants supplying quality food and drinks. The job is based at our office in Bermondsey.

Key responsibilities

  • Handling all aspects of the day-to-day accounting, from invoice production and credit control to purchase invoice posting, bank reconciliations, payroll and VAT returns
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly management accounts including cashflow and budgets to the management team
  • Preparing the year end accounts to trial balance and being the main point of contact for the external accountants and tax advisors
  • Preparing and maintaining the service charge budget
  • Other tasks as required, such as annual insurance renewals, providing ad hoc financial analysis and managing loan agreements
  • Working closely with the Head of Estates on tenant and estate issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
