Audit Senior Associate – Top 30 Firm – Not-for-Profit Audit Team

Suitable for part-qualified auditors—minimum 12 ACA exams passed

This is an exciting role to join an award-winning firm of accountants in London, in one of the leading charity and not-for-profit audit teams in the UK.

You'll be running and assisting with audits across a diverse client base in the charity and not-for-profit sectors.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

  • Audit leadership experience, covering:
    • Planning to completion stages of audits
    • Supervision of team members
  • Currently studying towards ACA qualification, with a minimum of 12 exams passed (ideally completed).

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as Senior Associate on audits, reporting directly to the Audit Manager
  • Oversee the entire audit process:
    • Planning stage → Completion sections
  • Manage a team of up to 5 colleagues, including:
    • Clear briefings, delegations, and supervision
    • Review work quality & provide feedback to team members
  • Maintain regular communication with the Audit Manager to:
    • Report audit progress
    • Address challenges and opportunities
