Financial Accountant (Part Qualified) – Technology – London – Hybrid - £40,000 - £45,000
We are seeking a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant to join a growing organisation, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional with both technical and analytical finance experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support monthly management accounts, journals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Analyse financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, providing insight into key variances and trends.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain compliance activities, including tax, statutory reporting, and audit support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and efficiency.

Requirements
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) working towards full qualification.
- At least 2 years' experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
- Experience using accounting and/or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach.
