Description
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to finance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide input for process improvements within the accounting function.
- Respond to queries from suppliers and stakeholders professionally.

Profile
A Successful Accounts Administrator Should Have
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a part-time capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
