- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing and associated tasks.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Respond to internal and external financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team on ad hoc projects.
Profile
A successful Part Time Accounts Administrator should have:
