Administrative Assistant (Job Share) - Main School Office
About This Role
Working in our main school office, you will interact daily with parents and staff. Essential skills include administrative experience, strong communication, and excellent customer service, complemented by a friendly, outgoing manner. This is a permanent, part-time position (17.5 hours per week) based at the school office from 12pm–3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will work in a job share arrangement, meaning responsibilities will be shared between two colleagues by mutual arrangement.
You Will
- Have experience in a busy office environment
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Effectively plan, prioritise, and manage your workload to meet deadlines
- Maintain a calm, positive, and professional demeanour in all interactions
- Exhibit accuracy and attention to detail
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and members of staff
