We're now looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant Intern. This is an up to 6 months internship role, based onsite in our Birmingham office, with 1 day per week and approximately 3–4 hours per day. Start and finish times are flexible and can be adapted to your needs. Note: Working hours and days may be adjusted or increased temporarily to accommodate urgent matters; flexibility is essential.

Your challenges:

  • Conduct weekly checks of office facilities (e.g., lighting, heating, water supply) and arrange follow-up maintenance as needed;
  • Provide on-site coordination for repair and maintenance work, liaising with contractors and building management;
  • Ensure office and common areas are tidy, safe, and compliant with workplace standards;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels;
  • Manage office access passes for staff and visitors.

Your profile includes:

  • Highly reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Strong flexibility in working hours and days, with the ability to adjust schedule for urgent matters or site visits;
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); Chinese is a plus.
