HJH Commercial Consultants are an award-winning consultancy that offers a wide range of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management services. We operate across the UK and specialise in bulk earthworks, drainage, civil engineering, utilities, fibre, streetscapes and renewable energy. We have a niche team of Quantity Surveyors and a varied client base including large tier 1 contractors through to small-medium sub-contractors
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a part time administrator to join our team at our head office in Deeside, North Wales.
This is a new role within our business and will be vital in maintaining a smooth operational office environment and working closely with all members of our team. It is an excellent time to join HJH as we continue to grow and develop our business.

Experience/Requirements
- Experience working within an administration role. A construction background would be an advantage, however not essential.
- Competent using Microsoft office packages
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to commute to Deeside, North Wales when required in the office.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for daily office operations.
- Organise and maintain documents.
- Prepare reports and submit invoices.
- Work alongside the directors to support them in general administrative jobs.
- Work alongside and support our business development manager as the business continues to grow.
