🕒 Part-time role, 17.5 hours a week 📍 BRNC Dartmouth 🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”. As part of this modernisation students will now be given a personal electronic device at the start of their course to help carry out/aid their training. This role will be responsible for helping to facilitate the distribution and administration of the devices.
This role will be on a part time basis 17.5 hours a week – days can be discussed
This role is Fixed Term until March 2027

Job Description:
What you’ll be doing
- Distributing Personal Electronic Devices and their accessories to students on specified courses.
- Maintaining student allocation logs for those devices issued.
- Ensuring student profiles are set up on mobile device management system (JAMF).
- Setting up and maintaining course profiles on mobile device system.
- Processing and maintaining new App requests.
- Ensuring the electronic and physical cleaning of devices on their return from the student.
- Responsible for password resets and raising issues to second line support.
- Ensuring any ‘failed’ devices are packaged and returned effectively to supplier for repair.

What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace.
- Strong administrator.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to gain UK SC clearance.
