Part-Time Afternoon Cleaner – Banking Environment (Quedgeley) Location: Quedgeley, Gloucestershire, GL2 Pay: £16.52 per hour Hours: 5 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 16:00 – 17:00 Job Type: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to work within a professional banking environment in Quedgeley. This is a part-time weekday role with consistent hours and the opportunity to move into a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning customer areas, offices, and staff facilities Maintaining washrooms and hygiene standards Vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep Ensuring the site is clean, safe, and presentable Following all health and safety procedures Requirements: Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential Ability to work independently (lone working required) Comfortable acting as a key holder and using alarm systems Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused Compliance Requirements: Right to Work in the UK Basic DBS check required Additional Information: Telephone-based time and attendance system must be used (training provided) Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate Candidates must present valid Right to Work documents at induction This is a straightforward, low-hour role ideal for someone looking for consistent weekday work.
