Part Time Assistant Manager
As Part Time Assistant Manager at the Katarina - Harvester, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be!
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
- Act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is not present.
- Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
- Be the role model and guide development within your team.
- Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
