Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, while supporting restaurant operations and private events as needed. This highly guest-facing position requires a polished hospitality presence, strong beverage knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy club environment. The Bartender contributes to a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere and collaborates across multiple service areas to ensure smooth, coordinated operations.
Payrate: $10.00/hr PLUS TIPS
Bar Operations
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails, and specialty beverages according to recipes and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, equipment, glassware, and surrounding seating areas.
- Monitor product levels and restock spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Follow responsible alcohol service protocols and verify guest identification when required.
- Process POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Restaurant Support
- Assist with service needs including taking orders, running food, bussing tables, and maintaining clean dining spaces.
- Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Support peak periods by flexing between stations to maintain guest flow and service standards.

Events & Private Functions
- Bartend and support private events, tournaments, league nights, and social functions as scheduled.
- Assist with event setup, beverage service, breakdown, and closing duties.
- Deliver polished, professional hospitality to event hosts and attendees.
Guest Experience & Team Collaboration
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues quickly, and uphold a hospitality-first approach.
- Participate in team meetings, beverage training, tastings, and development programs.
- Communicate clearly and support teamwork across all departments.
Requirements
- 1–2 years bartending or high-volume beverage service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail preparation.
- Availability on evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
- Ability to maintain a professional and polished appearance.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
