About Healistic
Healistic is a UK private digital e-prescribing platform that connects prescribers and clinics to pharmacies for fast, fully digital prescription fulfilment. It is free for doctors to use, lets them prescribe in under a minute, and can deliver to patients in London in as little as two hours. We are a growing healthcare technology company with a lean team of around a dozen people, and we are scaling quickly across prescribers, clinics, and pharmacy partners. As our transaction volumes and supplier and customer relationships grow, we are bringing bookkeeping in-house on a part-time basis to keep our finances clean, timely, and audit-ready, and to give our external accountants a single reliable point of contact.
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, part-time bookkeeper with solid accounting knowledge to run our day-to-day finances and act as the bridge between the business and our external accountants. You will own the transactional side of our books, keep our records clean and up to date, and ensure information flows smoothly to our accountants. Ideally, you are:

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
