Part-Time Bookkeeper (12–16 Hours per Week)
The LOVALL team is growing and we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day finance function of the business.
You'll work closely with our Finance Director, ensuring our financial records are accurate, reconciliations are completed on time, and all routine finance processes run smoothly. Lovall is a fast-growing e-commerce business operating D2C, B2B and internationally, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.
Hours
12–16 hours per week, with flexibility around days and working times.

What you will do at LOVALL
- Payroll administration
- Accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Quarterly UK VAT returns
- European VAT filings
- Manage all outbound payments
- Support with month-end accounting
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts for the Finance Director
- Work alongside our external accountants and tax advisers when required
- Help improve finance processes and systems
We would love it if you:
- Have previous bookkeeping experience
- Have experience using Xero
- Have experience within an e-commerce business (Shopify, PayPal, Klarna etc.)
- Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have strong spreadsheet skills
- Are proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Enjoy improving processes and embracing technology and automation
