Part Time Branch Assistant
Part Time Customer Service Position – Wholesale/Retail Specialist
About the Role
This is a part time position.
We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team, you will be in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Operating Hours: 5/7 day operation (check our website for specific opening times)
- Aged: Only open to individuals aged 17 and over (For certain shifts—before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or warehouse/delivery roles—candidates must be at least 18)
Key Responsibilities
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. Your role will include:
- Ensuring customers are efficiently returned to their business with what they need when they need it.
- Stock maintenance to keep shelves fully restocked.
- Delivering fast service at the till or counter.
- Preparing accurate deliveries—picking and packing items precisely for customers.
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere with each customer interchange.
Required Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you must:
- Have ideally worked in a wholesale or retail environment before.
- Possess a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Show passion for customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Be reliable, punctual, and well-presented in line with company standards.
