Part Time Branch Assistant
Part Time Customer Service & Sales Associate – Wholesale/Retail
About the Role
- We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and eager to go the extra mile for our customers.
- You’ll work as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team in a no-two-days-the-same environment.
- We’re a 5/7-day operation (opening times vary—visit our website for details).
- We only recruit individuals aged 17+.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep shelves stocked to ensure customers find what they need promptly.
- Provide speedy service at the till—helping customers with efficiency.
- Handle deliveries with accuracy and care.
- Rapidly assist customers so they can return to their business operations as swiftly as possible—whether in-store, self-service, or delivery.
- Represent our brand with friendliness and professionalism (proper presentation and punctuality).
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Wholesale or Retail venues is ideal.
- Must exude a can-do attitude—problem-solving, adaptable, proactive.
- Customer passion: You approach every interaction with friendliness, patience and reliability.
- Commitment to readiness: Always on time, well-presented, and reliable.
