We’re a small, family-run business with a friendly, supportive atmosphere, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused, and proactive individual to join our team.
About the Role
We’re seeking a part-time Business Administrator with a strong eye for detail to support our growing operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth internal processes and ensuring clear, professional communication with clients.
This role is growth-focused, offering the opportunity to take ownership, contribute ideas, and develop your career as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers by coordinating schedules, documentation, and timelines
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service
- Ensure compliance by drafting Health & Safety documentation (Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Systems of Work) to meet HSE regulations, then supplying these to operational teams
- Provide general administrative support to maintain operational efficiency
