Role Description

The Part-Time Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging new client organizations within the construction and property sectors in the United Kingdom. Day-to-day activities include prospecting leads, conducting outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and presenting Mosaic Recruit’s recruitment services. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, gathering hiring requirements, collaborating with recruitment consultants, and tracking business development activities in CRM or internal systems. This is an on-site role based in the United Kingdom, requiring regular presence in the office and occasional client visits. The position is part-time, offering flexibility while expecting consistent contribution to revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present services clearly and negotiate terms.
  • Organizational and planning abilities to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting effectively.
  • Basic understanding of the construction and property sectors, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets), and maintaining accurate records.
