About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Offer companionship and practical support to enable independent living for our clients
- Provide daily assistance in homes across Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, and Lichfield
- Develop skills in communication, confidence, and responsibility while working in a supportive team
- Undertake training shadowing as part of your ongoing development

Requirements
- A valid driving licence and access to your own car (essential for this role)
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Ideally, one year of care-related experience (personal or professional—optional but favourable)
- Basic ability to commit to routine visiting hours
