About the Role
We’re seeking a part-time Chef to join Miller & Carter, the home of The Steak Geeks. Our unique approach to butchery, ageing, and cooking ensures every dish is exceptional. As a team member, you’ll contribute to maintaining our reputation for unparalleled food and service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pre-service work: Prepare all the components required for service to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Culinary excellence: Cook food to a high standard that you’re proud to serve—ensuring every dish meets the Miller & Carter benchmark.
- Menu mastery: Know the full menu inside and out, adapting seamlessly to guests’ preferences.
- Health, safety & cleanliness: Maintain the strictest hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with industry requirements.
