PART TIME CLIENT ADVISOR - WEEKEND MAX MARA STORE - LONDON
Job Description PART-TIME CLIENT ADVISOR @WEEKEND MAX MARA STORE The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.
Main Responsibilities: Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team Clientele activities Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized; Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge; Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; Deals with customer queries and complaints; Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store; Work Schedule: 32 hrs/weekly Profile: The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate good conversational English. Have minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals and Continuously maintain high standards. Potential permanent work for good candidates. Full training will be given, attractive salary and package offered.
