Job Title: Part-Time Instagram + LinkedIn Community Manager - Personal Brand

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced part-time community manager to handle day-to-day Instagram and LinkedIn engagement for a high-profile British entrepreneur and philanthropist with a significant public following.

This is not a content creation role. The focus is entirely on community engagement - responding to comments, initiating conversations and maintaining an active, warm and authoritative presence on the account.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to comments on all posts within the first hour of publishing
  • Engage thoughtfully with followers in a consistent, on-brand voice
  • Identify and engage with relevant accounts, content creators, entrepreneurs, public figures and LinkedIn groups in client’s space
  • Share client content in relevant groups to drive traffic to profile page, in a natural, non-spammy way that adds value to the group conversation
  • Flag any sensitive comments or messages that require personal attention
  • Provide a brief weekly email summary of engagement activity, any notable interactions and collaboration opportunities
  • Utilise supplementary team Instagram account to further drive engagement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
